Is there a bug in sqlalchemy 2.0.30?

Memory leak with async_scoped_session in long-running workers async_scoped_session didn't release sessions when the task completed, leaking ~1MB/hour in typical async workers. Fixed in 2.0.31. Fixed in sqlalchemy 2.0.31.
