Is there a bug in eslint 9.0.0?

Flat config ignores field does not support negation for nested paths Patterns like `!src/important.js` inside `ignores` were silently ignored if any parent pattern matched. Fixed in 9.1.0. Fixed in eslint 9.1.0.
