{"package":"r-rocit","ecosystem":"conda","latest_version":"2.1.2","description":"Sensitivity (or recall or true positive rate), false positive rate, specificity, precision (or positive predictive value), negative predictive value, misclassification rate, accuracy, F-score- these are popular metrics for assessing performance of binary classifier for certain threshold. These metrics are calculated at certain threshold values. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve is a common tool for assessing overall diagnostic ability of the binary classifier. Unlike depending on a certain threshold, area under ROC curve (also known as AUC), is a summary statistic about how well a binary classifier performs overall for the classification task. ROCit package provides flexibility to easily evaluate threshold-bound metrics. Also, ROC curve, along with AUC, can be obtained using different methods, such as empirical, binormal and non-parametric. ROCit encompasses a wide variety of methods for constructing confidence interval of ROC curve and AUC. ROCit also features the option of constructing empirical gains table, which is a handy tool for direct marketing. The package offers options for commonly used visualization, such as, ROC curve, KS plot, lift plot. Along with in-built default graphics setting, there are rooms for manual tweak by providing the necessary values as function arguments. ROCit is a powerful tool offering a range of things, yet it is very easy to use.","license":"GPL-3.0-only","license_risk":"unknown","commercial_use_notes":"verify manually — license not parseable / not declared.","homepage":"https://CRAN.R-project.org/package=ROCit","repository":"","downloads_weekly":135,"health":{"score":52,"risk":"high","breakdown":{"maintenance":10,"popularity":3,"security":25,"maturity":12,"community":2},"deprecated":false,"max_score":100},"vulnerabilities":{"count":0,"critical":0,"high":0,"medium":0,"low":0,"details":[]},"versions":{"latest":"2.1.2","total_count":3,"recent":["1.1.1","2.1.1","2.1.2"]},"metadata":{"deprecated":false,"deprecated_message":null,"maintainers_count":1,"first_published":"2020-06-14 15:19:58.842000+00:00","last_published":"2025-09-22 23:59:04.020000+00:00","dependencies_count":0,"dependencies":[]},"github_stats":null,"bundle":null,"typescript":null,"known_issues":{"bugs_count":0,"bugs_severity":{},"status_breakdown":{},"link":null,"scope":"none"},"historical_compromise":null,"recommendation":{"action":"safe_to_use","issues":[],"use_version":"2.1.2","version_hint":null,"summary":"r-rocit@2.1.2 is safe to use (health: 52/100)"},"version_scoped":null,"requested_version":null,"_cache":"miss","_response_ms":291,"_powered_by":"depscope.dev — free package intelligence for AI agents","typosquat":{"is_suspected":false},"maintainer_trust":{"available":false},"malicious":{"is_malicious":false},"scorecard":{"available":false},"quality":{"available":false},"version_history_summary":{"total_versions":3,"first_release_age_days":2146,"last_release_days_ago":219,"avg_days_between_releases":1073,"release_velocity":"moderate"}}
